Established in 2002 NPA Motor Factors are the largest independent distributor of car & light commercial vehicle parts in the North East of England. Throughout our network of trading locations based in Ashington, Newcastle, Chester Le Street, Sunderland, Hartlepool, Newton Aycliffe, Stockton on Tees and Richmond. The latest branches added to our expansion programme are Carlisle,  Ryton and Workington. Our hub branches based in Stockton, Sunderland and Ashington (situated close to all the major road networks) allows to offer numerous inter-branch deliveries throughout the day enabling an unrivalled stock range and availability throughout the North East and Carlisle.

The organisation is co-ordinated from our head office in Stockton.

Our strategically located network of branches, currently 11, and our fleet, in excess of 85 delivery vehicles enables us to service all areas of the Automotive Aftermarket, comprising of garages, workshops, local councils, fitting stations and accessory shops. Our overriding strength is the ability to supply from stock quality car parts and spares for all makes of cars and vans from quality OE manufacturers, many of whom are already manufacturing for all the main car suppliers. The Group’s main business since its opening in 2002, is supplying the motor trade in the North East of England from its now 11 key branches, each trading under the NPA Motor Factors banner.
All branches offer a fast and friendly delivery service to trade customers within a specified area. We also offer a counter collection service during normal opening hours.

SERVICE AND STOCK

We aim to provide our customers with a comprehensive range of quality components, equipment and consumables from original equipment manufacturers. Any parts within our range not in stock (at a individual branch) can be quickly available via our hub branches. We aim to deliver our products quickly and efficiently with friendly staff available for any further queries. With all returns credited the same day. Our five times daily inter branch delivery coupled with our daily service from sister companies in the R.A.P.I.D. Group ensure that even the most obscure part is close at hand.

We offer a range of premium quality, value for money products, sourced from some of the largest O.E, OEM, & aftermarket manufacturers in Europe and Asia. This range allows for flexibility when choosing products to suit the vehicle.
